Titanium Oxides (TiO₂ etc)

High quality pure titanium metal can be deposited using PQL technology. With the use of reactive sputtering we can deposit conductive corrosions resistant sub oxides through to the dielectric TiO₂. The conducting sub oxides (for example Ti₄O₇) can be used in bi-polar lead acid batteries. These deposited titanium oxides tend to be amorphous.
