Quest’s patented HiTUS deposition system we are able to coat thin films with a host of key differentiators including low temperature deposition onto
plastics, very high deposition rate coatings - especially for dielectrics such as alumina and hafnia, low stress coatings enabling virtually flat thin
film coatings on plastics, high density coatings – with refractive indicies close to bulk and high adhesion coatings that regularly pass tape test
including examples such as gold onto Kapton.
